The Choices in Our Life
“It’s been really important to me to take advantage of every opportunity in life” - Grace
Time is precious and children grow so quickly. For me is was always really important to always be there while they were babies. So that was the reason why I left the corporate world so to speak and start my own business. I wanted to have more flexibility and interior design was always a passion of mine. So after getting married I went back to school for interior design at the Boston Architectural College and was able to learn everything I was needing to know. With the help of my family and great clients that were flexible and able to work with me, I was able to work while the babies were sleeping, make appointments while I had my mother take care of the children, and really grow my business to be successful. It’s been really important to me to take advantage of every opportunity and really show my children that we can really take advantage of things that come our way and make them work for us and make choices in our lives and be able to have it all- maybe not at the same time, but pick different times in our lives where we can maximize the choices that we can make.
