Over the years as technology has been evolving, HR communications has basically been left in the dust… Keith Kitani is changing all of that. “The way people consume content is in short bite sized information,” says Kitani “We’re able to take this content and turn it into engaging short form communications that are very effective with reach the employees today.”
Every company is actually struggling right now with how they communicate effectively with employees. I’ve been in learning communications since my first company in ’99. The way that people were engaging with communication is changing. Things were starting to change to more interactive, more video more mobile communications. I think that HR has really traditional communications around employee manuals, presentations and text based websites. We know how to take that material and turn it into engaging short segments. One of the things that you think about video is that the way people consume content is through short bite sized information. So we’re able to take this content and turn it into engaging short form communications that are very effective with reach the employees today.
