Annual = $6,000 (Year 1) / $3,000 (Subsequent Years)
[$6,000 for Initial Year-End (Complete), $3,000 for Annual Updates (Limited)]

Semi-Annual = $8,000 (Year 1) / $6,000 (Subsequent Years)
[$5,000 for Initial Year-End (Complete) + $3,000 for 6-Month Updates (Limited)]

Quarterly = $11,000 (Year 1) / $8,000 (Subsequent Years)
[$5,000 for Initial Year-End (Complete) + $2,000 for Quarterly Updates (Limited)]

Monthly = $21,000 (Year 1) / $18,000 (Subsequent Years)
[$4,500 for Initial Year-End (Complete) + $1,500 for Monthly Updates (Limited)]
