GROCO SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH FTSI TO EXPAND SERVICE OFFERINGS

Fremont, CA - March 1, 2006 - Greenstein Rogoff Olsen & Co., (GROCO), a
Top Bay Area CPA Firm, is pleased to announce the formation of a valuation department
in cooperation with Jeff Faust of FT Solutions, Inc. (FTSI). Types of valuations
to be provided include Estate/Gift Tax, Family Limited Partnerships (FLPs), Employee
Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), Stock Options (409a and 123R), Corporate Planning
and Transactions.
Jeff Faust will join the GROCO Team as Director and will lead the formation of the
firm's valuation practice. Faust brings with him more than 15 years of experience
in finance and more than 10 years in valuations. He has been involved in hundreds
of transactions and has played key roles in the structuring of management buyout
programs, management transition programs, stock option plans, and ESOPs. In addition
to valuations, Faust will provide stock option administration and consulting services
to GROCO's already comprehensive business consulting division.
