Move to new office space will accommodate growth and technology innovations and help

FREMONT, California, October 10, 2006 – Greenstein, Rogoff, Olsen
& Co announced today that it will be moving its Palo Alto office to a new location
in the same business complex. GROCO sees the move as a way to continue to service
its many Silicon Valley clients as well as accommodate its ongoing growth.
GROCO was first established in 1964 and has its headquarters in Fremont, California.
The company has always had a significant presence in Silicon Valley and has had
an office in Palo Alto since 1980. GROCO is continually adding professional staff
in order to meet the demands of a 25% growth rate and is also an innovator in utilizing
