Karifa Diawara brings broad international and business experience as newest Director
at Greenstein Rogoff Olsen & Co.

2007 – Greenstein Rogoff Olsen & Co. has started the new year by announcing
the hiring of Karifa Diawara as a new Director in the firm’s Palo Alto office. Focused
on serving the most successful high end clients in San Francisco and Silicon Valley,
Greenstein Rogoff Olsen & Co. (GROCO) has been experiencing tremendous growth
over the past 12 months. Mr. Diawara’s addition to the Palo Alto office will bring
much needed help, especially in servicing GROCO’s Venture and Equity Capital clients
in the region.

Born in Guinea, West Africa, Karifa was educated in France, receiving both his BS
and MS in Economics and Management (with emphasis in Accounting and Finance) from
the University of Reims, France. He received his Masters in Taxation from Golden
Gate University. Karifa has over 10 years experience in the Accounting profession
and holds a California CPA license.
