The San Francisco Business Times recognizes GROCO in their prestigious “East Bay Book of Lists”.
FREMONT, Calif., November 11, 2009 – Greenstein Rogoff Olsen & Co. (GROCO) is pleased to announce that in 2009, they have been awarded a spot on three separate distinguished company lists by the San Francisco Business Times.

On October 15h GROCO was named the 34th fastest-growing private company in the entire San Francisco East Bay. Charles Roberts, a GROCO director, accepted the award on behalf of the firm. Receiving this award isn’t new for GROCO. In 2008, they were named to the San Francisco Business Times list of Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies in the Bay Area.
Companies are ranked based on their three-year sales history and revenue growth. These companies must be headquartered in Alameda or Contra Costa counties and have net revenue greater than $200,000 in 2006. GROCO had a percent net revenue growth of 45.1% between 2006 and 2008.
GROCO was also listed as one of the Best Places to Work in the Bay Area. The firm received the highest rating (95.6) of all CPA firms in every category. Ratings were determined by scores obtained from a survey of the company’s Bay Area employees.
In March, GROCO was also recognized as the 5th Largest Accounting Firm in the East Bay. These rankings were based on the number of professional staff in the firm’s East Bay offices.
